• Classes in small groups (minimum 2, maximum 6 persons)
• Suitable for all abilities and ages
• Lessons on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Lessons on Sunday for vegetarians
• Duration ± 4 hours, starts at 16:00
• Cost 40 € per person including dinner and drinks
• Kids and partners not wishing to participate in lessons at a reduced price
• Transport arranged on request at extra cost
• Olive oil and herbs can be locally bought
• 5 different dishes prepared (3 appetizers, 1 salad and 1 main course)
• The recipes will be gratis provided in English

Have you ever wished you could recreate wonderful Greek food? Are you interested in learning how to cook superb food in a beautiful setting while having fun at the same time? Petres Olive Oil Estate now invites you to take part in traditional Greek and Cretan cookery lessons.

Katerina was born in Chania and raised by a traditional family. She has also worked abroad in various countries for fifteen years and understands how to combine traditional cooking rules with international lifestyles and cuisine. Katerina and her family bought the Petres Olive Oil Estate, situated 26km west of Chania, where they moved four years ago and turned the olive grove into an organic farm.

Katerina’s kitchen is located in a tranquil rural setting in the heart of the extensive Petres Olive Oil Estate, surrounded by nature and off the beaten track. It is located 14km from Platanias in a stunning mountain environment.

Katerina teaches small groups how to master Greek culinary delights in simple steps. Petres organic olive oil and herbs are used along with other fresh local ingredients. Katerina also informs you of the benefits of the Mediterranean diet and nutrition and how to achieve a healthier diet and lifestyle while using ingredients available in your country.
