Ever wondered how we choose the coffees that make it into our stores?

Join Sotos Michael — World Coffee Competition representative & certified judge and Greek Brewers cup champion 2026— for an exclusive cupping session in our brand new studio space at the Kross Coffee Roasters flagship store in Chaniá.

You’ll taste 8–10 different coffees side by side and learn exactly what we look for — aroma, acidity, body, sweetness — before a coffee earns its place on our shelves.

Soon heading to Brussels for the world brewers championship… Filippos and team will enjoy every step of the way and appreciate our chance ro share our ideas with the judges in such a big stage. In the process of participating in the world brewers championship, our stores will have some changes in the operating hours, Nearchou 8:00-16:00 all week , Nea Chora 8:00-19:30 all week except (24-25/06 open 8:00-15:30). 💥💥 Brussels here we come
