21 years of Aneton.

21 years of food, people, late nights, full tables, friendships, changes, risks, mistakes, memories — and a lot of stories.

Menus changed. Places changed. We changed.

But the reason we do it never did:
good food, good people, around the same table.

Today, Aneton turns 21.

To everyone who has been part of the story — whether from the very beginning or just last night — thank you.

21 years down.
Still cooking. Still evolving. Still Aneton.

21 χρόνια Aneton.

21 χρόνια φαγητό, άνθρωποι, ξενύχτια, γεμάτα τραπέζια, φιλίες, αλλαγές, ρίσκα, λάθη, αναμνήσεις — και αμέτρητες ιστορίες.

Τα μενού άλλαξαν. Τα μέρη άλλαξαν. Εμείς αλλάξαμε.

Αυτό όμως που δεν άλλαξε ποτέ είναι ο λόγος που το κάνουμε:
καλό φαγητό, καλοί άνθρωποι, γύρω από το ίδιο τραπέζι.

Σήμερα το Aneton γίνεται 21.

Σε όλους όσοι υπήρξαν μέρος αυτής της ιστορίας — είτε από την πρώτη μέρα είτε μόλις από χθες το βράδυ — ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ.

21 χρόνια μετά.
Ακόμα μαγειρεύουμε. Ακόμα εξελισσόμαστε. Ακόμα Aneton.
