Η Σπονδή δημιουργήθηκε από τον Απόστολο Τραστέλη το 1996 στο Παγκράτι. Στεγασμένη σε ένα νεοκλασικό κτίριο, η Σπονδή έχει λάβει διακρίσεις στην Ελλάδα καθώς και στο εξωτερικό για την εξαιρετική δημιουργική κουζίνα της. Executive Chef της Σπονδής είναι ο Arnaud Bignon με σημαντική εμπειρία στην υψηλή γαστρονομία διασφαλίζει την ποιότητα και διατηρεί την κουζίνα του εστιατορίου στο ανώτατο επίπεδο.

Η Σπονδή είναι μέλος των “Les Grandes Tables du Monde” και βραβευμένη με αστέρια Micheline.

Spondi restaurant was established by Apostolos Trastelis in 1996 at Pangrati in Athens. Housed in a neoclassical building, Spondi's unique approach to creative cuisine has been receiving worldwide awards and distinctions for years. Arnaud Bignon, Spondi's executive chef with his deep knowledge in haute cuisine, ensures the quality and maintains the restaurant's cuisine at the highest level. Spondi is a member of "Les Grandes Tables du Monde" and has been awarded with Michelin stars for years.
