Our Bar will still be serving our wide range of fine w**es, beers and spirits alongside Illy coffees and our Fresh Fruit cocktails all day.

Our kitchen will re open as normal tomorrow Tuesday 1st September at 12 noon for all of your favourite fresh food dishes ❤️

The Lounge Gastro Bar is recruiting for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef and a Chef De Partie to join our professional kitchen located on the stunning Queensway Quay Marina in Gibraltar.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative team to work together in a well established and quality driven restaurant going through a period of expansion.

Applicants must hold a valid EU work permit or right to work or be a British Citizen who is willing to relocate to Gibraltar and satisfy the applicable residency and employment requirements.

We are seeking to recruit a Sous chef with an immediate start, you must have a strong background in working with fresh food and British Cuisine to join an established kitchen team, with excellent opportunity for career progression and professional development.

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join The Lounge Team ahead of our busy summer season. We have openings for both Bar and Waiting staff, delivering exceptional service in the heart of Queensway Quay, Gibraltar.

Whether you’re a hospitality pro or a student (age 18+) looking to gain experience, we value personality and work ethos above all else.

The positions are minimum 20 hours per week. Full onsite training will be provided.

What we’re looking for :

✨ legal status - you must be registered to work in Gibraltar if a resident, or be of EU status living in Spain.
✨ Clean, smart and professional appearance
✨ Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
✨ Strong attention to detail ensuring every order is perfect
✨ Good command of the English language
