We are expanding our Kitchen team for an exciting new project.

If you are passionate about creating exceptional food and would like to become part of one of Gibraltars leading independent restaurants, we would love to hear from you.

We are seeking to recruit a Sous chef with an immediate start, you must have a strong background in working with fresh food and British Cuisine to join an established kitchen team, with excellent opportunity for career progression and professional development.

Please note eligibility requirements, you must hold a current Gibraltar ID or hold the legal right to work within the EU, or be a British Citizen who can satisfy Gibraltar’s residency and employment requirements.

✨Join our Summer Season Team ✨

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join The Lounge Team ahead of our busy summer season. We have openings for both Bar and Waiting staff, delivering exceptional service in the heart of Queensway Quay, Gibraltar.

Whether you’re a hospitality pro or a student (age 18+) looking to gain experience, we value personality and work ethos above all else.

The positions are minimum 20 hours per week. Full onsite training will be provided.

What we’re looking for :

✨ legal status - you must be registered to work in Gibraltar if a resident, or be of EU status living in Spain.
✨ Clean, smart and professional appearance
✨ Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
✨ Strong attention to detail ensuring every order is perfect
✨ Good command of the English language

Our chefs have been extremely busy creating this week….

Taking our very popular and delicious baked cheesecake, we’ve paired it with our excellent and much loved red wine and beef gravy and created our :
