We wouldn’t normally respond to hearsay or gossip on social media posts but feel in defense of our drivers and as to not affect their gratuities from generous customers, we have to.

The hearsay post is regarding drivers tips and how they are allocated.

We can confirm that 100% of tips given by all customers since the introduction of digital tips (2021) on the app - are awarded to our employees. Not one penny has ever been allocated to any level above the operations team handling deliveries day in day out.

We’re proud of our driving team and the continuous work they do - and hearsay posts of this nature only give cause for confusion amongst customers, raise doubts on tipping decisions - and in turn, affect the take home pay of our amazing team.
