Starters:
Scallops cooked in a Hazel Nuts Butter with a Salad of Chervil, Wild Rocket andPoached Strawberries.
Smoked Salmon with Prawns and Herb Salad made with Horseradish Crème Fraiche and Lime Vinaigrette.
Navarran Asparagus with Melted Butter.
Main Course:
Pan-fried Wild Pheasant Breast wrapped in Bacon with an Orange and Cointreau Sauce served with a ménage of Rice.
Fillet Steak with Béarnaise Sauce served with Green Beans, Carrots and Pont Neuf Potatoes.
Pan-Fried Fresh Hake cooked in a White Port, Cream and Dill Reduction on a bed of Shredded Red Cabbage, White Cabbage and Carrots cooked in Olive Oil, White Wine and Garlic accompanied by Baby Potatoes in Butter and Parsley.
Organic White Lumaconi Pasta stuffed with Spinach, Feta Cheese, Garlic and Basil served with a Duo of Béchamel and Tomato Sauce.
Dessert:
Chocolate Cheesecake served with Vanilla Ice-Cream.
