Most people only see the food.

Few know the story behind it.

In 2019, I left my corporate job to chase a dream and build The Food Factory.

We started small. We worked long hours. We sacrificed a lot. Then we grew and opened a second branch.

Just when things seemed to be falling into place, disaster struck.

In December 2023, a fire destroyed one of our branches.

Years of hard work disappeared overnight.

There were moments I questioned everything.

Moments I wondered if it was time to walk away.

But giving up was never really an option.

This is the story of how we started, what we lost, and our journey to rebuild.

Thank you to every customer, friend, family member, and supporter who stood with us through the difficult times.

We’re still here.

We’re still fighting.

And we’re only getting started.
