Mamarazzi Food Co. Ltd is a subsidiary of SkyFox Ltd which has been supported by the Securing Water for Food (SWFF) Challenge Program funded by the governments of the US, The Netherlands, Sweden and South Africa to produce fish and food in an integrative and sustainable manner while providing a platform and access for rural folks (women, youth and men) to empower themselves and escape poverty.
In the fish market today, we recognize and appreciate the difficulty in sourcing healthy products that are grown and handled in hygienic and safe conditions. SkyFox production sites/facilities have zero tolerance for the use of chemicals in and around our production ponds to ensure a safe environment not just for our fish but also for the safety of our consumers. Our well-trained personnel ensure that our production facilities meet all environmental standards for hygienic production. Besides, we acknowledge the irregular supply of quality catfish in the market; although demand is huge, supply gap is increasing. Moreover, we note the huge task involved in cleaning up catfish and getting it ready for the pots. Away from the ponds, our professional caterers ensure the fish is handled in most hygienic conditions during processing and value addition. We, therefore, take away the burden of pithing (killing) and de-sliming, degutting, drying, packaging and get it ready (fresh or dry) for the pot.
