I believe it’s time to come out of my shell and show my face. To those who already know me thanks for sticking around !! And to my new followers I’d like to tell you a bit about myself and Carly’s.

My name is Carlian and hence the name Carly’s. (Short story)

I love good food, music and I’m a fitness enthusiast.💪🏾💪🏾

Carly’s came about as means to offer healthy meals like salads , wraps, smoothies and natural juices to people who are interested in staying healthy and eating well. Over the years I’ve been able to add some other meals to our range of products to serve clients better.

One of the hardest things about running this business has been price hikes😩, delivery services 💔and having to do this with a 9-5 😅. I’m super grateful for the people who constantly push me to not give up and hope to serve as many of you as possible in 2022.

In 2022 you should expect monthly dates for orders , better service and great food 😋😋😋.
