CHEF/MANAGER WANTED!!
Day to day activities at the restaurant requires a manager who understands the rudiments of managing a restaurant. Dealing with the tastes and preferences of customers is no easy task taking into consideration how sophisticated customers have become, particularly when the issue is food! Being a chef gives you that added advantage of understanding exactly what you are preparing for the customer and knowing the ultimate smiles and expressions that would be exuded by food that is reminiscent of their own homes.
You need to be very versatile and have the customer in mind. And of course find pragmatic ways to get the customer to always come back with more money for tasty meals.
