69 years of God's grace, 69 years of Ghanaian flavor!

From the rhythm of our drums to the heat in our Sh*to, being part of the Fudfam means carrying the Black Star wherever we go.

Happy Independence Day to the family that knows how to celebrate best.

Let’s eat, dance, and honor the strength of those who paved the way for our freedom in 1957.

Happy New Month FUDFAM!

HELLO MARCH 2026 - OUR SEASON OF INTENTIONALITY

There is a sacredness in gathering around a table to share a meal and a prayer.

This month, at Fudtopia we will focus on "tasting and seeing" the goodness of the Lord in every recipe and every conversation.

May your plates be full and your hearts even fuller.

Welcome our month of intentional living, delicious blessings and giving you The Authentic Taste of Home!

Final Reflection Prompt

The Seed and the Soil

As we close this 28-day circle, look back at the version of yourself that started on Day 1. If you could hand that person one specific 'seed' of wisdom or peace you’ve gathered during this journey to carry into the rest of the year, what would it be?

Thank you for being an awesome part of 28 great days of learning.

See you again soon!

28 Days of Soul Sustenance... wrapped!

We’ve officially reached the table, and oh, what a journey it’s been!

As we close this series, my prayer is that your home has become a space for deep connection and listening. Let’s celebrate the beauty of slowing down, making space for deep connection and lingering in love.

We started this journey to nourish our bodies and our spirits, and I hope you’re leaving the table feeling a little fuller than when you arrived.

Today’s reminder: Love keeps us there long after the plates are cleared.

Day 27 - Soul Sustenance

Stop trying to "sew" your own path!

We’ve all been there—trying to force our plans, our schedules, and our dreams for our family to happen right now. But Day 27 reminds us that God has a much better design.

We’re getting honest about control. It’s so easy to try and "sew" our own path for our families, but today’s reflection asks us to pause: are we following our own direction, or are we letting the Word of God light the path?

How are you surrendering control in your home today? Let's talk about it in the comments. 👇

Today’s affirmation is a powerful reminder for us all:

"Today, I will serve the Fruit of the Spirit at my table with every word I speak".

Day 26 - Soul Sustenance

Stop. Breathe. React kindly.

At Fudtopia, we believe that the best ingredient at any meal table is the Fruit of the Spirit.

It’s easy to snap when life gets busy, but today we’re practicing a different way. Every mealtime is a chance to cultivate a heart for Christ through our attitudes and our words.

Tag someone who always brings peace and joy to your table!

Day 25 - Soul Sustenance

Today, let's look past the plate.

Our focus for day 25 is simple but intense, in those moments when our "daily bread" seems scarce or life feels heavy, we are called to look at those around us.

Our commitment to one another isn't just a family bond, it is a mirror reflecting God’s steadfast love and faithfulness.

How does a family’s commitment to each other help to reflect God’s love in hard times?
