🦪🍸 THE OYSTER MARTINI

Yes. We made an Oyster Martini.
And no… we haven’t just dropped an oyster into a Martini.

We roast Guernsey oyster shells, then infuse them into vodka to capture that crisp, salty, mineral hit of the sea.

Served ice cold with Verjus, Tio Pepe, citrus syrup, and a couple of drops of lemon & Tabasco oil.
And because one oyster is never enough…
It comes with a Guernsey oyster on the side.

Salty. Sharp. Citrusy. Slightly spicy. Very Balthazar.
