Working with such a professional team made everything smooth and successful—from the power supply management and overall convenience to the wonderful care and attention you showed us at every single event. We truly enjoyed every moment and are deeply impressed.

Due to the changing weather, strong winds the Seafront Saturday Evening and Seafront Sunday events have been cancelled.

But don’t worry! 😊
Zeedzaad Baan Thai will be open as usual, Tuesday to Saturday, at our regular hours. 🍜🇹🇭

We can’t wait to see you all and share some delicious Thai food with you! 🥰

⚠️ Seafront Sunday Cancelled ⚠️

Sadly, our final Seafront Sunday of the season on Sunday 30 August has been cancelled due to the forecast high winds.

This decision hasn’t been made lightly, but the safety of our stallholders and the public has to come first.

Just a little update from us! ❤️

Zeedzaad Baan Thai on Mill Street will be closed all week, but don’t worry — we’re not going far! 😊

You can find us at the North Show on Wednesday & Thursday 🎪✨

Then we’ll be moving to the Seafront this Saturday from 4pm, and again on Sunday from 10am. 🌊☀️

We’d absolutely love to see you all, so come and say hello and enjoy some delicious homemade Thai food with us! 🇹🇭🥰

Wow!!! West Shows was absolutely amazing! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the organizing team and the electrical crew—everything went so smoothly. Don't forget the West Show—we have a date this year! Our downtown shop will not be open. See you this Wednesday and Thursday at the West Show. Our menu features:

Baan Thai would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our bubble tea customers and everyone who Stop by and buy some food at Zeedzaad Baan Thai during last Sunday’s Seafront Sunday event. Even though the weather was unpredictable, customers continued to support us throughout the day. Everything we prepared was completely sold out — even the vegetables were gone!
