Owner Dave Matheson (Big Red) has travelled the globe to source only quality cuts of meat from the finest butchers of Texas and Aberdeen, upholding the highest standards of animal husbandry and care. The wine list also makes some very interesting bed time reading...

There is also a variety of non-meaty options on the menu for the grazers amongst you. The second floor of the restaurant is an exclusive cocktail bar with views of St Peter Port's famous harbour - perfect for sunset downers, and of course some late night frivolity.
