So… Recent dish modification requests made our chef stare into the distance… silently 😶‍🌫️

Some customers were slightly offended when she didn’t follow certain requests - so here’s a gentle important reminder:

Even though you’re a paying customer (and we truly appreciate you), we reserve the right to say a “no” to certain dish modifications.

You wouldn’t walk into someone’s home and redesign their dinner, right? When you choose Thai Too, you’re choosing our recipes, our balance and our standards - not a DIY noodle workshop 🍜😄 Our chef believes in flavour harmony, tradition, and not having a mini heart attack during Friday night service.

Can you ask for changes? Always.
But if the request:
❌ Turns a classic dish into a science experiment
❌ Completely throws off the flavour balance
❌ Makes the chef stare into the distance silently (as happened quite a lot recently)
❌ Arrives during peak Friday/Saturday rush madness

The answer might be a respectful, composed “No.” Thai cuisine is built on harmony. Chaos is not on the menu.

What we can usually do (where possible!):
✔ Adjust spice levels
✔ Remove certain ingredients
✔ Help with allergies
✔ Make small tweaks when the kitchen isn’t in full survival mode
