Mexican Chocoflan Dessert Cake (aka Impossible Cake) 🇲🇽😋 Everyones favorite cake of the day.

Chocoflan is a popular Mexican dessert that combines chocolate cake, flan (custard), and caramel topping. It's so tasty that you will want to eat more than one slide 😛.

This version is vegetarian using the traditional recipe. Ah, and we use Gluten Free flour too!! So it is even suitable for celiacs

Happy Diwali 🇮🇳✨
Diwali, the five-day festival of lights is a public holiday celebrated in many parts of India and also by Jains, Sikhs and Buddhist. The common cultural interpretation of this holiday is the victory of light over darkness and we very much like it 🙏

And since we love Indian culture and food, We have very tasty Indian treats in our menu:

✨Masala Chai: One of the favorites to fire the spirits and the body 🔥. Consisting of India black Tea with milk and aromatic spices including ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom and a bit of brown sugar.

✨ Our Indian style Omelette made with eggs, fresh tomatos, onions and of course our favorite Indian spices.

✨Indian Kheer (Rice Pudding) made with coconut milk, spices and brown sugar 😋

Everything fresh, tasty and healthy, we love it😍

Traditional mexican cuisine is not just Tacos and Burritos. There are other wonderful and healthy dishes to choose from.

Tamales are made from nixtamalized corn dough, filled and stemead in corn husks (also banana leaves in some regions)

Chizhi Bizhi 🍳 is the Georgian 🇬🇪 equivalent to Shakhshuka, Huevos Rancheros or Menemen.
