Once upon a Saturday at Shavi Coffee Roasters we opened our space to young Georgian filmmakers and something really special unfolded. 🫶🏻

It felt honest, experimental, and very alive — exactly the kind of energy we love in this space.

Thank you to everyone who shared their work and came to be part of it 🖤

We hope this is just the beginning of many more nights like this.

Shavi Garage is our second location and probably the most vibey and cozy one. It holds so many memories for us. This is where we did our very first roast, and every day kids from the nearby school come by for cookies - we’ve literally watched them grow up in front of our eyes. It’s a place of meetings, new connections, and friendship.

Rich, sweet and deeply expressive with notes of dried figs, cranberry and smooth caramel.

This natural lot is slowly dried on raised African beds, allowing the cherries to develop deeper sweetness and a more layered cup profile.
Expect soft wine-like acidity, dense sweetness and a long rounded finish.

Produced in Rwanda’s Nyamasheke District near Lake Kivu and the Nyungwe forest by smallholder farmers growing Red Bourbon varieties at high altitude.
