For those still in Grenada, Gary Birkett formerly working at True Blue as head chef and myself have opened a food outlet at Options next to the Boardroom Bar, The Ramen Hut fb.com/ramenhutgrenada The opening night went great, after an early trip to the meat market we have some lovely fresh local pork belly and leg in the oven for tonight's menu.

To all that knew Rod "the old fart", he always made us laugh, if it wasn't his bad language, it was him shouting "one more mucker" at the band to play another song. He was a good friend to me, he will be greatly missed by all. RIP buddy
