WINDOW SEAT.

How insane is this view from our window seat?
I took this while I had an oat flat white and a chocolate chip cookie. We're amazed everyday that we get to prepare York's lunches with this view. Sandwiches and a side of history.

Being in the center of York, especially in the peak of summer you can't walk 100m without giving someone directions, recommendations or being in the background of 16374 photos. It's actually pretty cool, unless you're in any sort of hurry. Anyway, somewhere nice to drink a coffee, is probably the easiest question to answer. We're actually attached to York City Walls which is insane, and also the reason we never have any phone signal or till system half of the time.

Not fancying the walk? We've got the Minster just round the corner with seating or Deans park. We're literally surrounded. Or if this is too touristy and you want to 'see what the locals see" then there's usually some drunk people in the wild hanging about on Coney street, near Zara.
