We’re hiring a Lead Landscaper to join our growing team at Toby H Johnson Ltd.
🔧 What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Leading a small team on-site
✔️ Delivering projects on time and to a high standard
✔️ Hands-on work including paving, fencing & small builds
🚨 A quick heads-up:
We’re not a “sit in the van” type of company. This is a fully hands-on role — you’ll be out on-site working 8–9 hours a day, in all weathers. If you’re someone who enjoys being active and getting stuck in, you’ll fit right in.
✅ What we’re looking for:
• Strong landscaping experience
• Confident team leader with a positive attitude
• Skilled in paving, fencing & general landscaping
• Experience using machinery
• Full, clean UK driving licence
