Some new specials that have made the menu 🍕 🔥

Bresaola
Béchamel base, confit cherry tomatoes. Finished post-bake with bresaola (cured beef), lemon-zested stracciatella, parmesan and rocket.

Apricot & Lamb
Lemon crème fraîche, fior, spiced lamb and apricots. Finished post-bake with hummus and mint.

Our other specials are two that have remained on the menu: of course the Lasagne pizza, and the Nduja & Prosciutto.

A couple of new specials on the menu this week 🔥

Prosciutto e Funghi
Parmesan béchamel base, thyme-roasted mushrooms and confit garlic.
Finished post-bake with stracciatella of burrata, prosciutto and lemon zest.

Ragù di Melanzane
Aubergine ragù base, smoked provola, roasted peppers, stracciatella, basil and chilli flakes.

Not much changes here. We’re open 11:30am–10pm every day as usual.

A couple of new specials have joined the menu this week.

Lasagne is still holding its place, but the two new additions are:

Prosciutto e funghi
Parmesan béchamel base, thyme-roasted mushrooms and confit garlic.
Finished post-bake with stracciatella of burrata, prosciutto and lemon zest.

Ragù di melanzane
Aubergine ragù base, provola, roasted peppers, stracciatella, basil and chilli flakes.
