Fresh on the taps this week 😍 latest summer session pale, brewed with two of their favourite hops, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin.

Mosaic’s complex flavour and aroma profile led to its name. This hop is most noted for its blueberry and tropical aromas.

The Nelson Sauvin aroma descriptors include distinctive white wine characters along with fruity flavors, such as fresh crushed gooseberry and grape. Juicy juicy 😍

Evening

This Saturday I’ll be heading over to York with Neil from Neil’s Real Ale & Pub Page. York is one of England’s most historic cities, well known for its magnificent Minster, ancient city walls and medieval streets, with a history that stretches back to Roman times.

We’ll be exploring what the city has to offer, visiting a variety of micropubs, pubs and breweries along the way while enjoying a few good beers and plenty of great conversation.
