🍨 Sweet news from Back Swinegate 🩷
We are delighted to announce that we (Victoria and Chris) are the proud new owners of LICC!
This is a really exciting time and an amazing brand that we are thrilled to be in stewardship of. LICC has been a much loved central York institution for 16 years, and the opportunity to continue its success was a no-brainer for us when it became an option.
What can you expect? Simply, the same great handmade gelato, generous portions, fun atmosphere and great service that LICC is known for. We've been working behind the scenes to give the shop a fresh look, while being trained to provide the same delicious gelato that you've come to know and love.
We've got some new additions joining the menu, so keep your taste buds peeled for more announcements coming soon. Vic brings her incredible taste and style, while Chris adds in a sprinkle of his Californian magic to the mix. A huge thanks to Stef and Kelly for being amazing and supportive, we value everything you've done for LICC and us as we aim to continue the legacy of the shop.
With that, we look forward to welcoming everyone back when we open this Saturday (14th 💖) from 11am. Come by, say ey up, and enjoy some tasty gelato treats!!!
