Our newest limited release, fresh from the Ijen Highlands

Typically, Indonesian coffees are known for their rich, heavy-body, with low acidity and sometimes earthy and spice characteristics. This coffee however brings something different, allowing for wonderful fruit and floral notes to shine through, especially as the cup cools.

London Coffee Festival 2026 done and dusted

We braved the big city, and have all since run back to the safety of Yorkshire - but we’ve loved every day here, spent with some amazing people!

Huge thank you to for inviting us to hold the fort, and to and for a coffee that went down an absolute storm ☕️

Introducing our second new Limited Edition Release of 2026… India 🇮🇳

Grown by fifth-generation coffee producers North Coorg, Karnataka; one of India’s oldest coffee-growing regions.

When first ground, the coffee releases rich, pudding-like aromas of sweet pastry, brown sugar and gentle brown spice. A berry-like gentle acidity comes through in the cup as the coffee cools, and is rounded out by a light honey and nut flavour.

The cup is a structured and layered coffee, well-rounded and pleasant easy drinking brew! This coffee will pair well both with and without milk.

We’ve come a long way

In 2025, we set up as a collaborative venture, a pop-up to keep hospitality alive by taking on a challenge. Yes it’s been painstaking at times and although it was always meant to only be a year, we continue to anchor at our venue next to Costa on Market Street .

But we’re back with a vengeance. Divine, the way it always should be at Market Street: local businesses coming together. We’re excited to keep working with our wholesale partners and coffee collaborators and to flourish together.

We started tiny: a 300g roaster, no website, and brown bags of coffee with no labels. A few people gave us hope early on thank you to , , , and .

And to the legend Julian from Café 365 thanks for the good luck wishes.

We’ve also felt the loss of customers who sadly closed through the pandemic and rising costs. But once again, our community carried us forward: , , , , and you got us to the next level. 💛

Can we name all our customers? Yes we can.

That’s why this year we’re collaborating with all of them. Big things are coming with , and .

This natural comes from Banka farm in Menglian Dai, Lahu and Va Autonomous County in Yunnan, an area that sits close to the borders of Laos and Myanmar.

Catimor (P3 / P4) dominates large amounts of Yunnan’s production due to its resilience and suitability to the region’s climate. At Banka, careful cherry selection and controlled drying are used to push quality beyond the expectations often associated with the variety.
