It’s proper cliche to bang on about how “running a business is hard” but sometimes you’ve gotta step back, take a breath and look around at what’s going on.
To some people we might just be a place to stop in for a hot drink & a chunk of brownie. But to others, we are a place where people can stop and reset their day or catch up with themselves when life is hectic.
It’s not easy to find great staff, and when your team isn’t functioning well it’s obvious to everyone
At Curious Coffee we’re incredibly lucky to have an absolutely dynamite team, who show up day after day with big smiles and beautiful warmth to all our customers (and each other). And hopefully it shows for everyone who visits us, from the regulars to the passers by.
There’s no real profound point to this post, just wanted to say something nice about our staff and how lucky we are to have them.
