We travel around with our retro van Citroen HY, trying to spread the love for French food among the people of Europe. Currently we are based in beautiful and medieval York on the atmospheric Shambles Market. Our galettes are made from buckwheat flour, they are savory and gluten free. We try to make them with a bit of a twist so you can enjoy the chorizo, hummus or pork belly galette. We source our products locally and hope you will enjoy the food as much as we do.

After 10 years at York Shambles Market, we’re entering an exciting new chapter and we’re looking for someone to help lead it.

If you’re an experienced hospitality manager who enjoys leading from the front, working in service and building great teams, we’d love to hear from you.
