We travel around with our retro van Citroen HY, trying to spread the love for French food among the people of Europe. Currently we are based in beautiful and medieval York on the atmospheric Shambles Market. Our galettes are made from buckwheat flour, they are savory and gluten free. We try to make them with a bit of a twist so you can enjoy the chorizo, hummus or pork belly galette. We source our products locally and hope you will enjoy the food as much as we do.

Every part of this crèpe is homemade from our organic flour sourced from Yorkshire organic millers.

To the No-tella, a vegan chocolate spread made with dark chocolate containing more hazelnuts than Nutella!

The only thing we don't make in house is the bananas, we get them from the markets.
