On our Specials Board this week, slow-cooked lamb shank that melts in the mouth served with a rich, flavoured gravy infused with herbs and a hint of red wine.

It’s served atop a generous bed of creamy mashed potato alongside sweet glazed carrots and a golden Yorkshire pudding.

✨ It only feels like yesterday… ✨

Looking back at this photo of Mamma Mia around 1987, it’s hard to believe how it all began. Fernando and I were young, a little naive, and full of dreams about owning and running our own restaurant.

We could never have imagined the journey ahead — or that 39 years later, we’d still be here.

Wow… what we’ve learned, what we’ve seen, and what we’ve experienced over the years. There have been so many unforgettable moments — the highs, the challenges, and every emotion in between. Truly, you couldn’t imagine some of the incredible things that have happened along the way!

Most of all, we wouldn’t have made it without the continued support of our amazing customers. You’ve been part of this journey with us, and we’re so grateful for every memory we’ve shared.
