✈️It all started with a road trip...

In the summer of 2009, we took our first road trip across the southern states and fell in love with the hospitality, people and amazing BBQ food!
One year and one day later we opened the first Hickory's Smokehouse in Chester, and we've been welcoming guests ever since!

But one road trip was never going to be enough, every year we head back to get inspired, make friends with pitmasters, sip cocktails and make sure we are doing things right - the authentic way! ⭐️
