☕ WE'RE HIRING! | ASSISTANT MANAGER 🎊

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Poppleton Social!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team and wants to play a key role in a busy, community-focused coffee shop and bar.

Salary: £29,000-£30,000 per year (dependent on experience)

⭐ What we're looking for:

- Previous hospitality supervisory or management experience (or someone ready to take the next step!)
- A passion for great customer service and leading people
- Someone organised, confident and hands-on
- A positive attitude and a commitment to high standards

🕒 The role:

- Full-time, permanent position (5 days per week)
- At least one weekend day per week (ideally Sunday)
- 1–2 evenings per week (latest finish 11pm)
- Staff discounts, company pension and free parking AND potential to be part of our management bonus scheme

🍳 WE’RE HIRING – KITCHEN STAFF! 🍳

We’re looking for someone new to join our kitchen team at Poppleton Social!

We have a part-time position available, around 20 hours per week, working alongside our team to keep our kitchen running smoothly and serving up great food to our lovely customers.

The important bits:
• Around 20 hours per week
• National Living Wage
• Saturday or Sunday availability is essential
• Evening availability is essential
• Experience would be great, but most importantly we’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking and happy to be part of a busy team.

🍂 WE’RE HIRING! ☕️🍻

As autumn rolls in, a few of our lovely team members are heading off to university, and while we’re sad to see them go, it means we’ve got some exciting opportunities to welcome new faces to the team!

We’re currently looking for full-time Barista/Bartenders to join our friendly team.
☕️ 35–40 hours per week
🍻 5 days a week
🎓 Full training can be provided – although previous hospitality/barista experience would be a bonus
🏡 We’d particularly love to hear from people who are local to the area if possible!
🚲 You’ll need to be able to reliably get yourself to and from work – driving or cycling would be preferable

We’re a busy local independent café & bar, so we’re looking for people who are friendly, hardworking, reliable and enjoy being part of a great team and getting to know our local community.

We're throwing a classic English Countryside Supper Club, with a delicious 2 course set menu featuring some of Chef Matts best dishes from his incredible culinary career.

Matt has worked in some of Yorkshires best kitchens, and his flavours and passion for local produce have been the hallmark of his career!
