How cute are these. Lovely mini bread rolls filled with coronation chicken & topped with pomegranate seeds.
These were part of a canapé buffet served at Bishopthorpe Palace last week for some very special guests.

All our sandwich fillings are made at the deli, nothing bought in just good quality and made on our premises.

You could tell the weather had improved today. Lots of lovely walkers calling in today for a grab and go coffee and a warm sausage roll. We bake our pies and sausage rolls every day so they're lovely and crisp 😁
