Fresh scones, every day.
For Partisan and Brancusi, we bake them in small batches - sometimes a couple of times a day - so they’re always fresh from the oven. There is always a cheese scone and a fresh fruit scone, with the fruit changing through the seasons.
We make them with high-quality butter, organic flour, and Johnson’s eggs - simple ingredients, chosen well to maximise lamination . That way you get the tall , flaky layers and a fluffier scone.
Warm, seasonal, fresh. Just as scones should be. Thank you Hannah.

The title refers to the Greek word for the sea.

Unfortunately I live in the wrong part of Yorkshire to take part in but lucky for me the lovely Florencia invited me to show some work in this marvellous place and there you will also be able to pick up a giclee print of this painting I created inspired by Partisan some four years ago!

Partisan is so much more than a cafe and not forgetting it’s sibling just down the road, there’s a print available of this corker too!
