Pierogi with smoked curd, Polish sausage with fried onion & house pickles, bacon with sauerkraut, and black pudding bon bons with apple purée.

Our Dumpling Festival is coming to The Blue Barbakan this October. Pick your favourites, mix them up and make a plate of your own.

6 dumplings for £18.50, with fillings from classic potato & Polish curd cheese to slow-roasted pork shoulder, beef, wild mushroom, rabbit and lamb.

All October at The Blue Barbakan, 34 Fossgate, York.
