Thank you everyone for giving Bloom. a like, I just thought I’d take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about what Bloom actually is. Operating out of Victor J’s bar on Finkle Street in York, Bloom is a small, independent and entirely plant-based kitchen, owned and operated by myself. All the food is made fresh, by me, using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. I myself have been plant-based for the past two years, but I noticed that were not many places to go and eat good, meat free food outside of the few options at chain restaurants, and York’s excellent selection of junk food spots. So I created Bloom. Wholesome, homemade food, in a cool city centre bar. I hope see you here sometime soon! 💚
