⚽ Saturday Night Football & Hot Dogs! 🌭

We are showing the football TV this Saturday night! To make an evening of it, we’ll be serving up delicious half-time hot dogs to keep everyone fueled throughout the match. Grab your mates, get down early to bag a good seat, and come enjoy the atmosphere.

Just a quick heads-up that we have no live music this Sunday. The bar will be nice and chilled, making it the absolute perfect excuse to pop down for a quiet, stress-free Sunday roast and a relaxed pint to wrap up the weekend.

We’ve had a little upgrade out front! 🛠️

To help with the steep climb up the front patio, we’ve just installed some new steps and safety handrails to make getting into the pub a lot easier and safer for everyone.
We really wanted to put a ramp in here, but unfortunately, strict building regulations just wouldn't allow it.

Need flatter or wheelchair access? Please don't worry! Just give us a buzz ahead on 01935 881473 (or ask someone to pop inside), and a member of the team will gladly show you how to access the pub via our flatter alternative route.

🏎️ Date for your diary: Vintage & Interesting Vehicle Meet! 🏍️

Just a quick heads-up to get this in your calendar for next week! Our monthly vehicle meet is coming up on Tuesday 30th June.

Whether you’ve got a polished classic, a vintage motor, or just something a bit unusual and interesting, we’d love to see it parked up. If you don’t have a vehicle to bring, just wander down anyway for a pint, a bite to eat, and a catch-up with fellow enthusiasts, it’s always a fantastic atmosphere.

When: Tuesday 30th June, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm
Note: Parking space is limited, so if you are bringing a vehicle to show off, make sure to get down early to secure a good spot!

🥳🎸 Friday: Live Music & Our 18th Anniversary!
This Friday marks exactly 18 years since we took over at The Nellie! We would absolutely love for you to come down, celebrate nearly two decades with us, and raise a celebratory glass. To help us mark the milestone, the fantastic The Shalaings will be playing live, with the music kicking off at 8:30pm.

🧠 Sunday: Pub Quiz for the Hedgehog Trust
Get a team together and test your brainpower. Helen Hawke is hosting our next quiz night at 7:45pm, raising money for a brilliant local wildlife cause. Come along, have a laugh, and support the hedgehogs!
