Hello everyone,
So i had some time today to cook, and i decided to make chicken Nepalese style. Now the twist here is we normally eat chicken with bones in Nepal and that includes the whole body, however, the chicken i made today was just drumsticks😉
It tastes better than it looks I promise❤️

Hello everyone, i hope you all had a good week and may you all have a brilliant weekend🥳🥳🥳🥳
The dish in this photo is a classic dessert called “gajar ko halwa”, which you can find in the menu.
In Nepal, we make this particular sweet dish during festivals and special occasions. It is indeed a perfect dessert to satisfy sweet cravings.
P.S Cashew nuts and Pistachios are for dressing only, you can have it with/without 😃😃😃😃😃😃

Nepalese Style Chicken with steamed Rice

So, growing up we mostly had vegetables for lunch and dinner, basically every day. We call it “Tarkari” in Nepal, which basically means vegetable curry. However, there would be a day in a week where mum would buy chicken, and My brother and I would get so excited for it 🤣
😅. Today, I am sharing how a Nepali chicken Tarkari looks like, recipe passed down via My Mother.
It tastes better than it looks 🥳
