Got friends coming for a BBQ? Make this smashed broccoli topped with Applewood cheese, baked until crispy and golden 🥦🔥

Easy, cheesy, and one of your 5 a day... what's not to love? 🧀😍

Full recipe below:

Shopping List:
•50g Applewood (grated)
•1 large head broccoli
•3 tbsp olive oil
•1 tsp garlic powder
•½ tsp onion powder
•½ tsp smoked paprika
•Salt & black pepper
•25g Mozzarella
•20g Parmesan

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray.
2. Boil the broccoli for 2 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
3. Place on the tray and gently flatten each piece.
4. Mix the oil and spices, then brush over the broccoli.
5. Top with cheese and roast for 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp.
