Important Payment Reminder
Just a friendly reminder that all invoices are due for payment within 7 days of the invoice date. Prompt payment helps keep your account up to date and ensures there is no interruption to your newspaper service.
Paying by BACS
If you are paying by BACS, please use your newspaper account number as the payment reference. This can be found at the top right-hand corner of your invoice.
Please do not use your own bank account number or our bank account number as the payment reference. Using the correct reference helps us identify and allocate your payment quickly, ensuring your account is updated without delay.
If you're unsure which number to use, please get in touch – we're always happy to help.
Updated Office Hours
Please note our new office hours, effective from 13 July 2026:
Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Wednesday to Friday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Bank Holidays: Closed
Delivery Charge Update
To help cover the continued increase in fuel and operating costs, our newspaper delivery charge will have a small increase to 60p per day from 5 July 2026.
We have worked hard to keep our charges as low as possible and have delayed this increase for as long as we could. Even with this adjustment, our delivery charge remains below the typical rate of around 70p per day charged in many areas.
This increase will help us continue providing the reliable, high-quality delivery service you expect and deserve.

As we no longer accept cheque payments, we are receiving more calls from customers making payments over the phone.
Please note that our phone system does not give an engaged tone when we are already on a call. If your call continues to ring, we may simply be assisting another customer.
If you are unable to get through, please leave a voicemail and we will return your call.
For non-urgent enquiries, we strongly recommend contacting us by email. Our inbox is monitored throughout the day, making it the most reliable way to reach us. Please also note that our office is staffed for limited hours and is closed at weekends.

World Cup 2026 – Newspaper Delivery Updates
During the FIFA World Cup 2026, some national newspapers may be printed later than usual to include the latest match reports and tournament coverage.
As a result, there may occasionally be delays to newspaper deliveries on certain mornings, particularly following England and Scotland matches and other major fixtures.
