We’re always asked how we make our multi-layered Kerala Parotta, so here’s a little glimpse behind the scenes. 🫓

It’s not just bread, it’s a craft that’s been perfected one parotta at a time, and one that we’re very proud to share with you when you visit us!

The dough is stretched, folded, and rested, before being folded again. Our chefs make each one by hand, building up those delicate layers that transform into that beautiful, flaky, pull-apart texture when it hits the pan 🤩
