First up… wishing Brian a VERY happy 80th birthday for tomorrow! 🎉

I was asked to make him a proper big old chocolate cake to help celebrate, and honestly, I don’t think anyone should be allowed to turn 80 without a mountain of chocolate involved. 🍫

As for me …..

Banana Pudding has been all over my FYP.

So naturally I thought:

How can I make this significantly less sensible?

The answer, it turns out, was Biscoff.

Groundbreaking stuff, I know.

A truly brave and innovative move from someone whose solution to most problems is “have you tried adding biscuits?”

Anyway.

It’s creamy, it’s indulgent, and it contains roughly the same number of calories as a small mortgage.

It’s got the nutritional profile of a candle and the self-control requirements of a Pringles tube.

No regrets 👍🏻

Would you order this in the café, or should I continue this reckless behaviour in private? 🍌🍪
