Im sorry to inform everyone but I am leaving the walnut tree on the 20th of July. I want to thank everyone who has supported the pub and I hope you will still support the pub when im gone. If everyone has questions please pop in and I will be happy to answer them.

New opening times

As some of you know, we are a very small team here and I do the majority of the work front of house, I have recently been hit with some health issues and with this in mind I along with my bosses have decided that I need to make sure im having at least 1 full day off each week.

We have taken a look at the takings and kitchen usage over the last couple of months and decided that the most sensible day for us business wise to close would be a sunday.

So as of this weekend we will not be opening on Sundays but we do hope you continue to visit us mon-sat.

Smash burgers will be available on Saturday and Mondays instead of Sundays so you can still get your burger fix..
