Here, in West Coker - on the Somerset/Dorset border, just minutes away from our inn, we grow our own veggies, fruit and herbs, and deliver them to our kitchen within moments of harvesting them. This ensures we deliver maximum flavour, nutrients and freshness to our delicious dishes that evolve with the seasons 🌱

We’re dedicated to growing as many greens as possible, the old-fashioned way. We don't use chemicals in the soil, nor on the plants, and everything is grown with the joy and love of pesticide-free farming, and the fresh water from our well 💚
Today, we have harvested squash, chillies, green beans, carrots, spinach, green peppers, plums, cherry vine tomatoes, yellow and green courgettes, cucumber, and rhubarb - and the autumn lettuce and baby leaves will be ready to pick this week!
