In my career as a professional chef, I've had the opportunity to explore the world of Jamon, working in top Spanish restaurants in London and from New Year's, I'll be offering a private chef serviceπ¨βπ³ to all those who are passionate about charcuterie. π₯©π
The idea behind "Pata" is to bring at your event a unique experience to surprise your guests with extraordinary flavours and service!.
On the day of your event, I will be there in my most professional vests, π¨βπ³ hand-carving a selected ham of your choice, (price range will vary depending on the quality) but don't worry, I'm here to guide you through everything!
