Thank you everyone for making my 4 year Brown Jack anniversary so amazing! Brilliant atmosphere, fabulous music and a great crowd. The Brown Jack tug of war team won the competition but my deepest sympathy at the sad loss of Shaun, who did a sterling job as anchorman for the club.

Today’s the day !

Double celebrations here !

It’s carnival 🎪 and our anniversary 🎉Cheers to 4 years everyone and here’s to many more 🥂

The party starts after the carnival with live music from 3.30pm. Make Mine A Double are an extremely talented duo who sure know how to party and Kelly-Anne, Y'alternative Country Singer is bringing a taste of country and line dancing. Chilled reggae sounds will then take us through to midnight !

We are delighted GlamoRose Cakes are bringing their yummy cupcakes to our celebration on Saturday 😋

You will definitely want to indulge as they are delicious! Naughty but nice 😊

For some reason we are really organised this week! I have no idea what is going on. Me and Katie left the bakery today EARLY for once after spending an hour and a half cleaning the shop, wondering what have we forgotten 🤣

The kids are just on their way to sleep right now and I’m getting an early night knowing that tomorrow morning at 9am there will be 3 of us making 1000 cupcakes by 12pm! It is actually crazy what we do in the bakery.. it blows my mind sometimes. It isn’t that big of a space! We have just managed to get really organised and have a really good method of working to mass produce that many. We have been making about that most weeks before the heat wave came and selling out! Just crazy volumes of cake!

Although my feet are hurting so much from running around this week, I’m actually so excited to see it come together as it’s the best feeling!

And fingers crossed for it being super organised and all going to plan. You never know what’s going to happen!
