My business comes to you with over 25 years experience in the catering industry, I have a GCSE B grade in Home Economics, following that with 2 years in college to achieve City & guilds 706 part 1&2 in hotel management and catering. I started out working in the local Fish n chip shop part time co in-siding with my college work, by the time I completed my 2 year course I’d mana

ged to save up enough money to buy my first catering trailer, we tried the laybys on the bypass and different pop up locations here and there for a few years, but then eventually found a regular pitch outside Chester Railway station where we was based for 7 years, but unfortunately had to move on to new pastures due to 2 new Cafes opening in the same vicinity which took a lot of trade from us forcing us to look for another pitch. We are now based (and have been for the last 8 years) down Llay Industrial estate on miners road, just around the corner from Magellan aerospace. We currently hold a 5 star food hygiene rating by the local council, we’ve always had the top 5* rating for the last 18 years so that tells its own story, and we have 5,000,000 public liability insurance cover for our customers peace of mind. We also have all the relevant food hygiene Level 2 & safety certificates and qualifications to ensure a very high standard of food, and a spotlessly clean, well run business, where the customer always comes first. Our Van is also available to hire for any function or event, we have lots of different food options to choose from, prices start @ just £4.00 per head...

The answer is YES we’re here,
For how long not sure 😅 🌞 prob close around 1pm

It’s very quiet this morning as expected being half term on top of a heatwave week…only one customer so far 😲 so we’l see how we go today may end up taking the rest of the week off 😁
