The one stop coffee shop inside King Alfred Gym where the caffeine is strong and the owner is… happy but slightly overtired 😅

Huge thank you to everyone who’s supported this little start-up so far 🙌 you lovely lot are keeping me fuelled (emotionally + caffeinated) and I’m working all the hours to figure out when you want coffee, what you want on the menu, and how to pretend I’m not held together by espresso alone 💪

Early menu favourites are already appearing - the flat white is proving very popular indeed however, a close second is the Deadlift Protein Shake 🏋️‍♂️🥤Trust me, you need to try it - your taste buds will cheer!

Proper opening hours coming soon once I crack the code of gym-goer caffeine habits 🧩⚡️

But now, if you’re passing and fancy a great coffee, a quick refuel, or something to take on the go, pop in and say hi 👋 - would love to see you 💚.
