Antonio the head chef from the bay of Naples who is also the owner has more than 40 years of experience in the catering business as a head chef and has had the pleasure of cooking for Italian celebrities such as Lucio Dalla, Gianni Morandi and Zucchero, Cooking to a high standard was a must at Caruso Restaurant based in Sorrento back in 1989. The menu caters various fish and pasta dishes which comes fresh from the local fisherman. Sapore di mare only serves the finest coffee beans which is imported from Naples, Italy to give our customers the Neapolitan roasted blends. - Sapore Di Mare is now CLOSED but we are now open as Un Italiano Vero. on Instagram and Facebook
