As you walk in the door we greet you with a warm hello, offering table service. Once you've got comfy, made your choices, all our food is freshly made to order. This means you get the best, it also means if you want to go off piste and add some of your own magic to our menu, you can. Our coffee is local too, roasted onsite in Worthing: a blend of the finest Latin and Central American Arabica coffe

e beans. We are the official reseller of teapigs, so if you want a cup of tea, whatever the flavour you can be sure we will have it in stock. Our homebaked cakes are made with love, some are gluten free, some are dairy free; all of them are a small slice of indulgence we are all deserved of!

Can’t believe it’s that time of year again. I know money is tight, it is for all of us.
That said, somewhere a family needs our help and it is in our wheelhouse to offer that help.
I’d say kindness is massively over looked and a lot of little bits can add up to a bigger bit, together. If someone I loved needed help from the BHF I’d thank everyone I could to save them, I really would.
As with every June I’m pedalling from Clapham Common to Brighton for the BHF.

Oh the “C” word is never very far away 🎄

So as you know when, you go away the kind request is a something for our tree. Well a couple of smashers went on a cruise somewhere Nordic and came back with Doris.

Then another couple went to Egypt and came back with Alice, yes she has only one hump!!

So thank you for our virtual trips across the globe. You know we keep them and they do actually adorn our tree, together makes it really special 🥰

You’ve done the training, eaten your own body weight in carbs last night and squirrelled your lucky gonk in your back pocket. Hydration and electrolytes are the way forward. Plus running like stink.
