With only a few days until our June service dates, we’re looking back to June ’25.

Who remembers the fresh seasonal ingredients running through this menu?

Smoked trout tart to begin, followed by chicken and lettuce, asparagus with onion dumplings, and lamb breast with orange, garlic and onion.

Then into cod with broad beans and radish, before pork with beetroot and elderflower.

Strawberry and vanilla followed, with white chocolate and pink elderflower bringing the menu to a close.

A few tickets for June ’26 remain - book using the link in the comments.

FOUR. is a number with meaning.

Aaron and Sally were married on the 4th of April, lived at number 4 in Brighton, and the restaurant now sits at number 14 in Worthing.

A personal name for a deeply personal dining experience.
