There’s a certain way a good curry night should go…

Start with something light from the tandoor. Chicken tikka, that little bit of char from the heat, some salad and mint sauce on the side.

Then the curry arrives, and naturally, you’re going to need something to go with it.

That’s where the naan comes in. Fresh, warm, torn at the table and straight into the sauce.
